Good location, some limited parking directly outside.
Sound helpful staff. Visited many a time and have no complaints. Bought battery from them, I was concerned it was not the right size as huge in comparison to the one I was replacing. Staff checked on computer and reassured me it was the correct battery however if there was a problem then I could always return it. They were bang on, it was the right part. Battery still going strong nearly 10 years later!!! Have obviously visited Parkers since then for other products. Can't fault them, quick service, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices, always seem to have items I've required in stock. Recommend this store.

A little bit manic in there but I suspect it was just because it was busy, staff were friendly and help me get the part I needed. When I got home and realised a piece was missing they quickly replaced it. Recommended. Shame they don't have a website of parts and prices like others.

i bought 2 brake callipers for toyota hilux 1 came in the proper box 1 in a box they must of found in a dustbin .Needless to say there was parts missing i was told the price only to find there was a sur
charge of £10 plus vat on 1 of them UNBELIEVABLE only informed of this on pick up after travelling 8 miles. I was told i can pick up the missing parts 3 days later FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER if i was you because i will thats for sure

This place drives me mad 100% of the time they are not contactable by phone, on the odd occasion someone calls join back an hour later when you’ve ended up doing elsewhere … I try an support Parker’s as a Leicester company yet I seem to buy so many parts from AUTODOC nowadays. Shame because a local parts factor should be serving my requirements.
