Booked a scrap collection via Motorwise and it was assigned to Parts Emporium, the service was nothing short of excellent. My car was completely flat, doors completely deadlocked, no way to pop the bonet to solve any of it. I couldn't access any of my belongings in time for collection, I was stuck. The chap who did the collection made everything simple, helped me get in the car, get my things, loaded it up and was away in an hour, in the middle of 45 mph winds from Storm Darragh. After that, paperwork was done in minutes, money was in my account less than half a day later. Thank you for making it easy. It's really appreciated.

Perfect. Easy to deal with. Turned up when they said and took my merc sprinter. Best quote I could find by far and didn't try to knock me down. Money went in straight away and the driver couldn't have been more helpful 10/10

Collection of eBay order was quick and efficient, but some signage for pick up point would alleviate some quess work as it's a large site.

Bought from them off eBay, they sold me a junk ECU covered in paint pen and with broken sockets.
I rang them up to ask about a return, was hung up on before I had the chance.
Opened a return on eBay and sent the item back.
A week later still no refund.

Looking at reviews on here and to see a constant string of complaints of racism against white people... Needs an end putting to!

Bought a part off this company, then told them wait u til I tell you to dispatch in case I don’t need part. He said ok let us know through eBay if need. Got email from their eBay asking do you need it? I said yes please send. No response , called twice in morning next day to ask if can send out. He picked up phone and started to shout at me saying I have been ringing all morning. Landline not mobile. Actually rang 2 times. Awful company cancelled my order . Very very rude person . Do not buy from these rude, bad mannered company . Avoid if you want good customer care skills.
