Simon Patrick provided a service far exceeding our expectations. Our Dad died earlier this year, leaving a house in a sad and appalling mess. We tried to clear it ourselves but it was too much for us.

From the moment we contacted Simon, he was very helpful and utterly reliable. Everything Simon said he was going to do, he did on time - from arranged phone calls, to meeting us, to then providing a clear quote. Finally he presented the house to us, cleared, clean and ready to put on the market, at exactly the time he said he would.

His fee was very competitive too.

On top of all that, he is a thoroughly nice person who went out of his way to make a difficult time easier for us. Five stars aren't enough. Thank you Patrick!

I used Simon and his team to clear out my parent's house after a family bereavement. Simon was excellent and very contentious through out of what a very difficult time this was for us all. The price was very reasonable, the serive and delivery five star. However it was the personal touches that mattered most , the care shown with my parents belongings and the extra support through out this difficult time. Thanks for a great job guys. I will certainly recommend.
