This is a great place to find a bargain! Quality, donated goods at reasonable prices. A very large floor space that is full of varied stock. A book selection which is well stocked and ordered , furniture, pictures, mirrors, kitchenware, vinyl, CDs & DVD’s , electrical goods, bric-a-brac. There really is so much to browse through. I have never left empty handed! I have always found the staff here to be friendly and helpful.

I visited this store to both donate and buy, and I will not be returning. This is due to the arrogant attitude of the male staff member, who I believe to be a manager here.
Not only did I want to donate items, I wanted to pay for some. I put my items back and left doing neither.
The man's attitude was terrible. He really couldn't be bothered. He was abrupt when he did speak, and he was so dismissive. He certainly had a superiority complex. I won't be returning to this store.
I was warned about using this store by friends and their families because of the attitude that is prevalent here and having seen it for myself, I agree.
Im always happy to support local charities anyway I can, but not when staff members behave like he did. He gave and is giving the store a bad name!
Although Letterston Satori is further away, I know the manager there to be helpful, knowledgeable, and polite from past dealings.
Store manager at Snowdrop Lane, you have a lot to learn about people and manners!

When I moved house and downsized I decided to donate a large amount of stuff that was quality items to the Snowdrop Lane shop.
I was taken aback by a male volunteer grabbing a sander in a carry case and saying 'I'm having this'. It felt like he was going to take the item without paying for it. I know some charity shops do allow this to happen. It made me very leery about donating there again.

Really disappointed to told by staff that the store was closed along with a number of other potential customers who had also just arrived and were being turned away. Opening hours are published until 4pm today and having travelled some distance to support this local charity today staff attitude was all the more disappointing 😞
