They don't take household waste now. So if Ilke me you miss the bin day. There's no where you can take it. The council charge £35 to take one to four items from your home. And they wonder why less caring people fly tip

Fairly quiet when we went but can be busy. They are very organised and strict about what goes where. Still a lot goes in non recyclable skip so there is room for improvement. There is a lot of up and down stairs to do and the staff don't seem keen to help in any way but got rid of what we needed to I suppose.

The men working there are both helpful and keeping people to the rules set out because of Covid19.
However it would be extremely helpful if the council put up a Webcam so I and others can check how long the queue is before setting off on a one hour round trip.

We have to travel from Knucklas only to be turned away because of impacters not working .Now it's all on our drive way .Its things like this that cause fly tipping .pay more and more yearly for council tax yet services get worse and worse .

Last time I went I was accoused of leaving items in the wrong place, several times, which I was not. He was bad tempered and I could have quite easily have had an argument with him.
I have angina, so have decided not to return there, to stressful, I now go to Brecon, further to go but easier and better for my blood pressure, much better there.

Tried to use recycling centre three times in the last month...skips full to overflowing. Not suitable for for people with disabilities or mobility issues. Who designed it! Nine months on and the very rude man who works there needs to go on a customer liaison course. I would have been sacked if I spoke to people like that. POTTERS HAVE WORDS.....

They were changing over a skip and it closed it's gates. I waited for over 30mins i don't know how long the people in front had waited. Why so long for a simple task?

Good clean site, just need some patience as the waiting time can sometimes be a little long but expected at the moment. Chaps who work there are always happy to help!
