Used this company for 7 years on so many occasions and always had a great service. Unfortunately this last time I rang up to have my skip collected within the 2 weeks after it was delivered, no one came to collect it, I didn’t chase until 3-4 weeks later and they accused me of lying, wanted to charge me for having the skip so long. They backed down on that but left me really annoyed about the service provided.

These guys answer your call pretty much immediately, have been incredibly responsive to my requests for ordering/exchanging multiple skips. Had a lovely young driver (and to my pleasant surprise a female). Jess came out today and delivered a skip, nice to see a women in role representing a diverse workforce. Thank you Jess, you were a star and kept yourself calm during what was a bit of a stressful situation.

From my experience today, don’t call on a Saturday! Skip blocking my drive, can’t get my car past to the charger. ‘Gentleman’ on the phone didn’t care and wouldn’t get someone to move the skip a metre. Initially told me to contact a different company as the contract is with them… did that and the company stated the skips that they have on the street. Called back, same guy, explained it wasn’t with them. 3 unapologetic silent minutes later and he looks up the right contact number. Management should relocate this employee to a part of the company that isn’t customer focused!!

Arrogant staff on the phone who clearly can’t communicate. A lot cheaper and friendlier places to hire skips from in derby. Definitely wont be recommending or using again.
Trying to knock a week off rental after being told 4 weeks prior the skip would be ready at there disposal for collection. You can pride yourself on collecting the same day after you had to be told again if you like

Brilliant company never had a skip before and they came highly recommended. The lady explained everything sizes etc it was delivered when expected driver was lovely. Once we had finished I rang to let them know at 7.30 am whilst at work and it was gone by 9.30 am very impressed and will use again
