Our cared for resident was at Peel Moat care home for just over 18 months. He was very happy there for the whole of his stay. He became very fond of the staff and they seemed fond of him too and always took the trouble to seek us out and give us relevant feed back during visits.
Staff had a good knowledge if his individual needs and preferences. They always made us feel welcome offering us a drink and a kind word.
We were extremely satisfied with their service. I would thoroughly recommend Peel Moat to anyone looking for care from a competent, kind and trusted staff team. It helped us feel we had done our best for our loved one. THANK YOU

Having spent the last 12 months within peel moat care home,I have to say that the management that run this establishment are amazing—-they go above and beyond,and that’s all staff members. To be fair without the direction of Charlotte West,that is instrumental to the running of this great care home,it wouldn’t be quite as personal ,Charlotte,and Sam ensure the staff,are well supported and respected,alongside the respect that is given to the residents by all staff members—-I must commend the management once again for the maintenance of the property,alongside the dedication they give to the happiness of all their residents—-I couldn’t give the team more acknowledgment,for all the hard work they do daily
