Asked for a spare tyre to be changed. Only a 185/14. Just picked it up over 3 weeks later. So many excuses for delays. £100 way over priced. To cap it off, mud all over it. Obviously pushed it through the yard. First time and last time for me. Shame as first impressions good and polite. Heard similar from others. Tough act they have to follow.

Bought a couple of part worn tyres. Quick fitting and very reasonable pricing. Both tyres have loads of tread. Give them a go before buying full price .

Slow service caused by someone forgetting our order, average quality food. Polite and apologetic servers, but they seem to have a broken ordering system. Same issues at the clifton moor branch last month. If you have hungry kids go elsewhere. We will not be going back.

Have been here before with ok staff decent results but they were just unhelpful and patronising today. Seemed deliberate. Phoned another scrappy when I got home, and with the same details - understood immediately and the parts are in the post. wont be back (clearly!).

I took my car in for some work to be done. Didn't actually know the problem. But the blokes put it on the ramp, and showed me what needed doing. Then they gave me a rough price. The work was done by lunchtime the next day.

AVOID!
Horrific breakers, one member of staff tells me the part that is faulty is returnable I go on my day off work and get some lad telling me that I can’t return it and to come back on Wednesday to discuss with the member of staff I dealt with, I returned on Wednesday to find the same man who was reluctant to refund me my money for a pair of clocks that didn’t work and I even kept the receipt.
Waste of space.

As other's have said-VERY helpful staff,ordered gearbox and was delivered to North Wales in 2 days-fantastic! Highly recommend Pigotts.Thanks
