Booked a quote/removal for 10th June, was advised it would be between 9.00 to 11.00am, after 11.30am and no contact messaged company to be told running late. At 15.20 I messaged again to say still no contact, I was then told they had visited at 9.40 and left a note, this was not correct as there were workmen in the property since 8.30am and front door was permanently open, also why wasn't I told this when I queried at 11.30am, disappointed if they were too busy, just tell me, so I can arrange an alternative company, I am paying for workmen to attend property so I needed this removing whilst they were there.
