I’ve been there twice on a weekday. There was no queue. Staff were helpful. But just be careful sometimes people carrying metal, wood or any other items might scratch your car.

Visited twice, both times 'temporarily closed because of the weather and health and safety' but couldn't give what criteria (wind above x mph) just that the trees were blowing round. Couldn't give any idea when it would reopen since they seemed to be enjoying their days off (sitting under the same trees were blowing around and the health and safety risk they talked about). They didn't get the irony of that.

I guess random opening and disorganized attitude where to put waste when it's open is quite standard.

AVOID - but please find a more competent tip and don't flytip.

Really ridiculous layout. Very very inconvenient. Cars constantly stuck in a queue Very restricted access. A nightmare if you have rubbish for more than one category

It doesn’t seem to matter what time I go here, there’s always a long queue of traffic. This last time, traffic was queued out into the road, causing chaos. When I got inside, my car was stopped by a staff member who simply walked in front of the car with her back to me - no eye contact, no hand gestures - and myself and the multiple cars behind me had to wait even longer. In the end, there was no room to stop, and I had to just leave once I’d FINALLY gotten round the loop. An absolutely shocking service.

We had some wood and plastic to get rid of. We arrived outside of the entrance because we were too big (motorhome) to enter the site. We began to walk in our stuff only to be told we couldn't walk in. So we had to leave. What is one supposed to do? No wonder stuff gets dumped in the countryside!

After 2 bags full of clothes were accidentally taken here, the staff were AMAZING with helping us find the clothes and return them too us. Couldn't thank them more. 10/10.

No wonder they have a Big sign by The Entrance regarding Not to be Abusive to them.

Previously it would have been a 1star review but this last time a female staff member politely asked if they could help. What a pity the blokes arent as helpful or as polite. The site is too cramped for the volume of cars attending and trying to access the skips you need can be difficult. It grieves me to say it but I think this is the worst site Ive visited.
