Our car was involved in an accident and needed repairs. We were introduced to Jordan and on the first meeting when inspecting the car, we were very impressed with his professionalism. To cut a long story short, our car is really precious to us. Jordan was very friendly and incredibly reassuring whilst assessing our car. He assured us that the damage was repairable and he walked and talked us through the next steps of the process. Jordan arranged a date and came and collected our car, again reassuring us that everything will be ok. Whilst the car was in for repairs, we received daily updates from Jordan to let us know how the repairs were going. With having a holiday booked, there was added pressure of needing the car back in time for our holiday. Jordan informed us that there were some parts they did not have, and that they needed to be ordered in. We assumed this would cause further delays but understandably the parts were needed and we would have had to have waited. We really want to stress the fact that Jordan kept this in mind and was constantly chasing the parts in order to receive them sooner and in good time. He knew that we really needed the car back in time for our holiday. In my opinion Jordan has gone above and beyond to deliver such a personal and high standard of service to us as his customers. He is such a lovely guy, and we couldn't have asked for someone better to take such great care of us and our car. We really do hope that management read this and acknowledge the fact that Jordan is an outstanding member of staff and really goes above and beyond with his work role. We would also like to mention the new receptionist who was taking calls today 20/09/2023. She was very helpful on the phone, she needed to check something and said she would call us back. She called us back within minutes and had resolved our query. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and is going to be a credit to your team/company.
