I’ve noticed that while you can sometimes find nice items here, lately the prices have become quite high. Let’s not forget that these are second-hand clothes and goods, which are donated for free with the purpose of supporting charitable causes. For example, a simple t-shirt for £10 feels overpriced, especially when you can often buy a brand-new one for the same price elsewhere.

Since all the stock is donated, I don’t quite understand why second-hand items are priced so high. I fully support the idea of raising money for charity, but I believe more reasonable prices would make the shop more accessible, encourage more sales, and ultimately benefit the cause even more.

Natalie and the staff are always so helpful, prices are so cheap, quality of items inside the shop is amazing considering they are second hand. will come in here more often.

Lovely shop, and really nice people. I went there on Wednesday this week and was lucky to go there when there was a sale on. This is quite a large Princess Alice shop as it sells furniture as well as clothes and books. The books section, by the way, was quite extensive.

Hands down one of the best charity shops in the area! The shop is spacious, well planned and with lots of great and carefully selected items on offer. The ladies are always super nice, friendly and very helpful. And they do tremendous work for this fantastic charity. Can’t recommend highly enough!

i have 2 young children and Princess Alice Hospice have an amazing range of kids toys, books, accessories, furniture and clothes. Always finding amazing bargains and much to my surprise there is a lot of designer wear there too at a very reasonable price. The staff are always lovely and always say how cute my babies are, the shop in itself is very clean, tidy and spacious. They sell a range of things from kids toys, puzzles, books, cds, dvds, vinyls to adult clothing, accessories, brick a brack and even furniture. Everything is very reasonably priced, and ive always been happy with the quality of everything i’ve bought! and whats even better is the charity does such amazing things with palliative end of life care. Deffo recommend this place to anyone I see on social media asking where takes donations. hands down the best charity shop in staines.

A very full and plentiful product to chose from the store seemed a bit cluttered. The staffs were helpful and polite.

Charity shop is very overpriced, I visited a few days ago and a few customers were saying the same. As an example, they had a pack of Aldi Mamia nappies for £10, the exact same pack are £2.89 for the same pack at Aldi. A lot of the toys are overpriced for the quality, it’s a shame, as we recently have just been walking straight out.
