Appalling service, Principal contract all work out to a third party in our case this is Bibby, They don't show up on contracted days and when contacting Principal to get an update on pickups, this is then only dealt with via email between Principal and contractor, informed they will call back, never do. Always having to chase them up.
It was suggested they try and change our contractor, to then be told by another member of staff other contractors arent much better. Sums it up really when their own staff are saying this.

Never turn up! excuses like sickness and parking. For a fortnightly collection over the last 12 months only several have been on contracted day and without issue.

Drivers are extremely rude and moan about doing their job it's just ridiculous and any complaints to Principal just end up with no follow up.

Endless cycle of poor service from Principle and Bibby.

Started off well, responsive and happy to help. After a few years the service has dropped and the company is totally unwilling to deal with an issue that is not our fault. Very quick to demand money, very slow to give it back. My advice would be look elsewhere first, then if you can't find anything else then use these. We'll be going elsewhere when the contract is finished.
