I take all my old packaging here to be recycled. Everyone is very helpful and often help me unload. I have to give Shane a big shout out as he showed me in great detail what I can take to be recycled, where it needs to go and the process involved. Brilliant service!

Waited 2 days for a ridiculously expensive quote for disposal of a small amount of electronics waste. I was quoted:

Monitors/screens* - £10.00 each

Laptop batteries* - £8.00 per kg (minimum 1 kg charge)

Hard Drives - £10.00 each to shred them so data cannot be accessed

Miscellaneous items will be charged at £20.00

Items marked with a * are considered by the Environment Agency as hazardous waste due to the elements within them and are therefore liable to a £20.00 charge for an Environment Agency Hazardous Waste Collection Note to cover all items collected on one consignment (not per item).

- Ridiclously poor.. 'miscellaneous items will be charged at £20'?! what does that even mean? AVOID
