This company was recommended to us by our estate agent (house clearing is not an unusual situation for them and locals do know best). This was after an astronomical quote from the first company we found on the internet. The first company gave one overall quote, from requested videos, for the house clearance without any garden clear up. Meanwhile Lesley (at PC&CS) first gave a ballpark quote, then personally went into the property and quoted accurately. This was considerably more competitive and included money back for recyclable items. In the end there were 19 separate lines of detail on the quote, so if, for example, we didn't want the outside jet washed, the house deep cleaned afterwards or could sort the stairlift separately, those items could be left off. It just felt so much more professional from the start. Then we got the personal touch: An update and a series of daily photographs each evening to show progress. We know that there was a team of four people full time on this for just over a week and Friday evening's update came in after 7pm. They committed to, and then did, a great job. It's a stunning transformation, we absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough.

We are absolutely delighted with the work that Lesley and her team at Professional clearance and Courier Services have done for us. Thanks to their efforts our tired looking 3 bedroom semi -detached ex rental property is now gleaming and ready to go on the market. This small company have gone the extra mile, very efficient, amazing attention to detail, great communication. We wholeheartedly recommend them.

Lesley and her team carried out a house clearance and clean, ready for sale. The service was professional, friendly, efficient and thorough. It was a pleasure to deal with such a lovely team with the confidence to know that they were 100% trustworthy, competitive and would recycle wherever possible, and dispose of waste responsibly. The final clean was also brilliant. Highly recommended for both a house clearance and ‘top to bottom’ house clean. Thank you

We used PCCS's collection and delivery service to transfer sensitive documents etc from one site to another. Insured (important), reliable, fast, efficient, friendly and personable. Hard workers!! They take very good care and are extremely helpful. Would hugely recommend. Will be using PCCS again in the future for certain.

Lesley and her team helped us move our mother from the house she had lived in for 50 years to a flat near to us. They were very sensitive in the way they dealt with which items had to be cleared and those that were coming with us. They were also very understanding about a number is changes to which items were going where. They responded quickly to changes in dates. On the day of the move they advised us of the best way to approach things and everything went smoothly and was very efficient.

Very prompt, professional and courteous service. Cleaned my mother in law's first floor flat out when she had to go to a care home. Everything sorted, removed and left the flat clean. Would recommend.
