We were fairly satisfied with the painting decorating. However very disappointed with the bathroom renovation. The finish is so untidy that even our guests have noticed which was very embarrassing. We have emailed to let them know but they seem to have ghosted us as communication also isn’t a strength of theirs. Poor quality of work and appalling project management. Expensive mistake. Will never recommend.

Absolutely abysmal, Jeremy their property manager has no idea at all. His communication is essentially non existent and he thinks it’s acceptable to have you wait in all day and the for no one to show up. These things happen he says! They take so long to do anything, turn up at 9/10AM or not at all and are gone by 2pm, all whilst our kitchen is unusable. We’re now into our third week, I would advise anyone to look for another company as these guys clearly stretch themselves to thin!
