Absolutely fantastic service and will definitely use again when I next need to say farewell to a car.

Found through a comparison site, they called me within an hour and said they could pick it up in 10 minutes because (luckily for me) their driver was in the area.

Sarah was lovely over the phone, explained the process and I didn't have to do anything - she took my bank details and the payment was almost instant from them taking the car. Also sorted everything for the DVLA for me so I got an email from them super quick saying it was done.

All I needed to give them was the key and the V5C.

The guy who picked up my car was very friendly and professional, really nice to have such good customer service.

Very friendly, helpful, and professional. Came to get my car in the time slot they gave me, money was in the bank within 10 minutes of the car being taken. Rang me to tell me they was on their way. Took care of the DVLA side of thing's so I didn't have to do any of that. Very quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent professional service right from the start. Sarah very pleasant, quickly and concisely gave me all the information I needed, friendly and totally non-patronising. I was told I'd be given a phone call in the next hour to arrange a time for my car to be picked up. This happened, the chap arrived on time and even though the front wheels of the car were somewhat uncooperative, the car was loaded and that was that.
