Very friendly and efficient service. Wasn't sure if it was worth getting a skip but so glad we did. Got rid of our DIY waste plus some junk that had been hanging around the garden for ages. Well worth it.

We have used PSH for many years and always had a great service - but the character of a company always comes out when unforeseen circumstances arise. We had a small issue and the company was very understanding and sorted it the same day. That is always the sign a great company. Would highly recommend.

I expressed precise location of where the skip needed to be dropped, so that assisted my builder and was dropped where the driver found more convenient. Office were not helpful at all and said skip couldn't be moved into correct position the same day. Builder was furious as labour was booked for one day only and location meant an extremely long day for him.

Very pleased with their service. Skip was delivered following day after order, called when skip was full and they collected the same day also. Unfortunately the truck lost some hydraulic oil on the drive, after informing them they were round within a couple of hours to clean it up.
That's brilliant customer service and I'd highly recommend them. Price was very good also compared to rivals.

Fantastic company to work with. Both my self and my parents built two properties 18 years ago and have been using PSH since then. We must have had 50+ skips over the years and have never had an issue with delivery / location. Drivers always ask if they are not sure where to place the skips. We have had time extensions in the past with no problems. We now have about three skips a year for general tidying up and especially for Christmas to get rid of the additional waste.

Excellent customer service from PSH. I ordered a skip and had it on my drive less than 24 hours later. I explained that we had a load ready so only wanted it overnight and they were back to collect it the next day as arranged. The office staff and drivers were all so friendly and professional and we will definitely recommend and use PSH again.

Excellent service! - booked a 4 yard skip online for the next next day with the website at 11pm and was very happy for the price and also to be offered PayPal as a payment option. I was optimistic the skip would arrive on my selected date especially as 4 days before Xmas! But a knock on the door at 8.55am the following morning and sure enough the delivery driver was there! Very friendly driver who was happy to squeeze it into the place I wanted 🙂
