I bought an electric motor bike from this company, I was told it ran perfectly, when they delivered the bike to me it didn’t work correctly, I rang and told them this they told me it was running perfectly when it left them! I rang on more than one occasion and got the same answer. I sent the bike to super soco head office where they diagnosed that it needs a new controller costing over £500. Rang qnq motor services again spoke to the same person who this time told me he didn’t know much about electric motor bikes and wasn’t sure about how it should run and there was nothing he could do for me.Different story before I bought it when it ran perfectly!!!!!
