A good all round experience - part easily identifiable with the details and a picture of donor car, so could buy with confidence.
Ordered at the weekend - arrived the Tuesday, so well within the 48 hour delivery. Item was safely packaged and exactly as described/pictured.
Impressed enough to leave a review when I don't usually bother!

I required a N0X sensor for 320i, I used the request a part service. Within 24 hours I had received an email confirming the part was available.
I rang to order the part, but it had gone. The person I spoke to apologise, said that a car had just come in and he'd have it checked out, and call me back.
1 hour later, a phone call, yes we have one. A pleasant friendly chat, at around 4.30 Monday, the part was delivered, Wednesday afternoon.
If it ever stops raining we'll get it fitted.

Ryan is AMAZING!!!!! Quickly checked he had the knuckle in stock for me, rang me back boom he had it. Got it paid and it’s on its way, takes no longer than 48 hours to arrive. Bloody amazing! I stumbled on these guys by a google search and well I couldn’t be happier. Their number is saved in my phone and no doubt I’ll be in contact again. 5* doesn’t seem enough for these guys. May I add the price shocked me I was expecting to be robbed as such with a Ridiculous price for what I needed. BUT I wasn’t, could I have got it a little cheaper probably. Would I have got the service and 3 month warranty not a chance. Thank you so much Ryan can’t praise you enough!
