BMW 123d Owner – Excellent Experience with Quarry Motors

I recently bought a low-mileage (55k) used crank pulley from Quarry Motors for my BMW 123d, and honestly it turned out far better than I expected. After struggling with vibration damper issues on a new aftermarket BGA pulley (which was actually worse than the worn OEM one), I decided to give Quarry a try.

This used OEM pulley is working wonders – smooth running, no vibrations at all, and the car feels solid again. BMW charge crazy money for a brand-new one, so this was a brilliant alternative at a fraction of the cost.

Customer service was spot on too – helpful throughout, kept me up to date with tracking and delivery, and the whole process was stress-free. Overall I’m very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Quarry Motors if you’re looking for genuine BMW parts without paying dealership prices.

Bought a Crank Pulley through breaker link and was sent out a damaged one. I got in contact with Quarry motors for a refund and Rob the General manager dealt with it very quickly and sent out a returns label.
A little research showed that the crank pulleys are notorious for cracking so no fault of Quarry motors. Will use again in future if needed! Great company and actually care about their customers!

Absolutely brilliant set of lads !
Got told by Sytner BMW that I needed to replace output seal on gearbox as it was leaking badly , price to complete work was ridiculous so I looked elsewhere and found Quarry BMW. They booked me in to work on my car and messaged me the next day saying the was not needed as the seal was ok and only slightly misting which is normal! No charge for checking out my car will definitely use this garage in the future as they are honest and trustworthy!

My X4 BMW is everything to me. Had been quoted over 8k from Sytner I was advised to get a second opinion from a taxi guy so I then found quarrie motors, Lee not only did he save me over 2k but he did all the work within 10days (would have been sooner if he didn't have to order parts). They carried out some specialist coding to my car which other dealers could not do. Mark was very helpful over the phone, I dropped it in for some diagnostic work with their computer. They jumped on it straight away, I was in and out in 5 minutes. Fantastic customer service, definitely recommend.
