They don't come to pick the oil on time. The company barrel was full, I had to use my own barrel. Had to ring them few times to come pick it up. When the driver turner up, he only took company barrel and said he wont touch other barrel because he will get a DISEASE! I had to ask him for empty barrel and transfer all the oil myself. While the driver stood next to me speaking on the phone in his language to his friends or family. Very unfriendly driver, he clearly hates his job.
If this happens again- not picking oil up on time and sending this unfriendly driver, I will have to look for other oil collection service.

I had a horrible experience with them. They are tricky, expert-telling lies. They will give you calls too many times, agree to deal with you suddenly change and try to make you understand in a tricky way. Don't go with them!!! 👎

Had been using the company for months. Then yesterday received a call out of the blue half an hour after they were due to collect waste oil and deliver fresh oil saying that they had tripled the minimum order amount and that if we didnt triple our order they would charge an extra fee. Unprofessional to do so without warning and to then leave a business with no oil. The previous delivery they had doubled the price without prior warning. Even a day would have been nice. Also they consistantly left us with no waste oil barrel that was part of our agreement. Hit and miss as to if they return contact whem attempted also.. All in all would not recommend.
