Will not be trying them in the future,called twice to enquire about price of clutch,no one in parts will get them to call you we were told,tried 2 hours later sorry its been busy will get someone to call you,never happened,purchased elsewhere.If i ran my company like this i wouldnt have any customers.

Were a trade customer and have been in business for nearly 40 years and wont use companies that just cant be bothered.

I personally had no relationship with Quay garage when I found myself in a real pickle. Even though they were short staffed on that particular day, they understood my situation, and that it was a quick fix, and kindly came to my rescue (about 2 miles away). When my own, and every other garage I approached in the region had a minimum call out fee in the region of GBP 80.00, Quay Garage refused to take even a small token of appreciation to buy a thank you drink. My mother has been a long term customer of Quay Garage and now I know why!

Excellent customer care, from efficient receptionists to mechanic.
I'm on holiday in Kingsbridge and had my wing mirror knocked off.
I was told someone could look at it immediately. Very helpful and efficient staff. Welcoming.
As soon as I drove in Matt was checking it out, to see if could he could repair the existing on, very keen to help. It couldn't be repaired, but an order was placed for a new one immediately.
A special thanks to Matt who, although short staffed that day, he got right on and replaced the unit. Very professional. great customer experience and the best garage experience ever. Shame I don't live locally or would use them as my regular garage. Would highly recommend.

I phoned this garage to request a booking for my BMW for a full service at 08.45 on a weekday. It went to answerphone. I left my details and the numbers of my landline and mobile. It is now 2 weeks later and they have still not replied.
I have given them one star for a working answerphone. Just a shame( for a local business) that they do not monitor it.
It begs the question that if they are sloppy with phone queries, are they sloppy with their work too
I live locally but am now taking my car to a garage in Plymouth( 18 miles away).

They had my car for 8 days and had not even looked at it. No phone call to give me an update. Left numerous messages on Their answering machine as receptionist does not appear to answer the phone.
Now been told they do not use their answer machine. Had thought I was a loyal customer. Very poor service and in the end had to pick up car without work being done and using another garage. No apology.
Def would steer clear of this establishment.
