Been to this charity shop twice within 2 months and had bad experiences. The first one was when I asked about some items out on a shelf but were unpriced, I asked for the price and was told that they don’t know and that she couldn’t make up a price, and that they then cannot sell it until the manager was back, which was about a month away at the time. I have recently been in, and wanted to buy an item, I asked if it didn’t fit, can I return it. The guy looked at me quite blankly, he explained that he’s a volunteer and he cannot accept returns and that if I wanted to return something I’d have to wait until the manager was back, in 2 weeks. Disappointing experience, and I don’t understand how a shop cannot operate in the absence of a manager; and if that is the case, why the manager is off for such long periods of time. Wouldn’t recommend this charity shop, unfortunately.

the staff was very rude when my disabled mum accidently know over something the staff member was very rude to my mum and made her have to buy it when it was already damaged so never going in there again very rude staff
