After enquiring via the website about my overgrown garden, Lucian got back to me the same day. He was very clear about the costs. They worked hard, they were punctual, responsive to messages and had all the right tools for the job. Most importantly they were friendly and trustworthy. Lucian is a jack of all trades and I will be calling him back next time I need some work done around the house - highly recommended for a quick, reliable and quality service.

Lucian and his team came to do a large garden clearance for us today. They were friendly and kept us informed of each stage of the removal process.

I used Quick Waste Collection to clear construction waste from my back garden in Earlsdon. The grass was over grown so they also strimmed and cut everything back. Lucian was great at communicating before and really friendly when he arrived. The price charged was very fair and I’ve already asked to come back for more work.

Lucian was friendly, courteous and very hard working. He removed a large amount of concrete rubble - some of it in large lumps - and then had to wheelbarrow it quite a distance to the van. He left the area swept up and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Not friendly at all. I called for a quote. I've been instructed to send some pictures which I did. Fair enough. I've provided a brief description of what is to be collected (basically 1.5 - 1.75 bulk bags of soil and some slabs). What I've got back was a sort of a canned response describing the price per 50-60L bag and the labour cost per hour. Again, fair enough. But...

I wasn't trying to get rid of 50-60L bags of soil. I was trying to get rid of bulk bags. Pretty standard bulk bags. Also, some slabs. So I asked for an estimate for the entire job thinking that based on experience, they would surely have some idea about what they're dealing with. The answer? "Try these guys" and a list of phone numbers and some names. I then asked, "are they in the same business?", trying to understand what's going on. Answer? "Not at all".

Very weird experience. They clearly didn't want the job.
