Poor Communication:

Went to buy a replacement Fiat 500 passenger door handle, which the previous day male member of staff quoted £20 to my wife on Wednesday, said to collect the following day.

I went to collect it, so I can get it fitted to the car, however, I go to pay and it's now £25?! So I phone the wife to double check and she's yes it's £20 as they verbal contractual agreed as their price.

Whilst inside, a female member of staff pokes a head into the room and said "I was there when the initial call took place, it's £25".

What I want to know is how can someone hear the call, if they weren't there on the call, also person whom took the call wasn't there to confirm the agreement and beheld accountable for the miscommunication.

I'd understand if there was a miscommunication and they was meant to inc Vat at 20% making it £24 inclusive of Vat.

Just poor customer service afterwards due to the above miscommunication by R and Z. It happens to the best of us!

Note: So double, triple check the price as time hard as it is and the handle is new for £18-£22. With theres secondhand, there is ware and tare! Which only my opinion, should factor the price to decrease as their was minor scratches and pitting on the paint.

Bought an engine was guaranteed it worked and was running when removed but it didn't run at all then proceeded to ignore all contact about replacement under warranty period that they supplied.

Just an update, My daughters C3 went to the scrap yard in the sky today.
I was given a fair price and the car was collected on the time and date given. The paperwork was filled in for me and money paid into my account on the same day.
Thank you so much for your very efficient service.
I shall continue to use you in the future.

Used R&Z to scrap my car last week. Very efficient and professional and talked me through what I had to do with the DVLA step by step following the handing over of my car. Friendly and prompt service. Money was in my account within an hour of my car being taken away. Would highly recommend.

Ok service, they have good quality used parts and the part won tyres were fitted nicely while I waited. I was only surprised that I had to pay to dispose off my old tyres otherwise, I will have to take them away with me.

This was new to me but maybe its a common practice but yes... just so you know.

Rang them to collect my non running car that I had taken a few parts off. On the phone they were very helpful and worked around me. Collection, sorting out the v5 and payment was hassle free. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again👍👍👍
