Refused parcel as 'too big' even though it was pre booked with the dimensions online and advertised that it was a suitable drop off location. Took it to a smaller post office who were very friendly and took it no questions asked

Great post office counter, they’re open until the Morrisons daily closes and the staff are friendly

Post Office in a corner store. One staff member looks after both tills so there can be a short wait. However, staff know their stuff and are happy to help you work out best postage etc.
