RAF Feltwell Veterinary did a fabulous job getting our three pets ready to travel back to the US. The staff here was amazing and incredibly accurate with paperwork. If you are US Military or a DoD Civilian working near or around Alconbury, Molesworth, Mildenhall, Lakenheath....then definitely allow RAF Feltwell take care of all your Veterinary needs. Sheamus, Lupè, and Bellatrix arrived safely back in the US with no issues with their paperwork. Everything ran flawlessly.

Great experience! The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and informative. I really appreciate the care and time they took to look over my senior pup for concerns we have. I also appreciated that they were able to add in the vaccines to our apps that we forgot to add in on the sick call when setting the appointment!

Staff was very gentle and sweet with my cat. They also we're very patient with the family before me and their dog. Prices are comparable to off base care. They do not do yearly well visits only sick calls and pre-departure screening/vaccination. The vet was very thorough in her questions regarding my cats issue. All paperwork from the office was quick and understandable.

Paid easily by card. If you do not know the base well, you could miss it. Take extra time getting on base because you never know how the line will be at the gate. During lockdown, Covid restrictions required humans to stay in the car for the visit.

Great service and wonderful staff who are passionate about animals and competent about their care and travel. Registration is quick and simple. Worth the drive to feltwell especially for paperwork prep prior to travel. Vets will sign all acclimation forms needed for airline travel.
