Used Raybell for building waste (rubble, sub soil, paving slabs) from an extension project. 2 week 8yd hire was lowest cost locally (Northants) even the week extension I needed was less extra than other local suppliers. The office personnel were courteous and helpful on the phone. Skip was delivered and collected on the dates agreed, drivers were both courteous. Recommended.

Having regrettably used their services a while ago as a ad-hoc business client. Their recruiter/administrator (Ellie) would benefit from HR training, as they referred to the professional LinkedIn community as "liberal wet wipes."

I do not want that association. We will no longer recommend their services.

Cant fault the service and speed of delivery, had already had some hardcore delivered but needed more. Rang at 830 and delivery was made an hour later.

The alert was behind a truck transporting stone and because of the wind a large stone jumped into the hood and windshield of my car, the people from the company/office didn't even want to talk about this incident, they are disrespectful and unprofessional

Excellent service from Ray Bell . I've used them 3 times now & never had a problem. Skip delivered when requested , they were generous enough to let me have the skip until it was ready for collection & to that end they collected as advised with a courtesy call to say they were on their way as I requested ! Not only that but I found their prices notably competitive . I have no hesitation in using their services in future. My thanks for a professional amiable .flexible & valuable service!

We have asked for a skip to be picked up for last 10 days - everyday they promised to up but never turned up. The skip is located on a public highway - resulting in other people putting additional rubbish on top. on the 11th day they finally decided pick up the skip however refused to take it away because it was over the level. Then tried to charge me for an additional skip- if they had collected when first promised it wouldn’t be a problem. We are now on the 12th day and it’s still awaiting collection

Having never hired a skip before and having read most of the reviews for Northampton skip hire companies I expected the process to be a nightmare. My partner and I decided to give Raybells a go and hired an 8yard skip with a door for our landscaping project. From the person on the phone to the drivers, the service was fantastic. The skip arrived on time as agreed, the driver also turned the skip around for us so the door faced the garden. The hire was for 7 days however we filled it in 2, we rang Raybells at 10:00 to say it was full and they collected it that same afternoon. Would highly recommend
