Went to pick up some shocks I’d ordered and was told I’d ordered 1/10th rather than 1/8th shocks, oops!

Not an issue though as I was presented with a box full of shocks for various different models. Not only this, but they were then adapted and fitted to my car, free of charge.

Of course, having saved money there, I obviously had to get a new set of wheels. There were various options and it was no issue to swap one set of tyres onto another set of wheels, even going as far as to show me how to glue them on. The car feels brand new again after these changes.

Absolutely top notch customer service, all accompanied by a great chat. Will definitely be coming back for any parts I need, and have already told my friends to do the same.

Well I'm not one to leave reviews unless warranted, I've had trouble with my r/c bait boat and didn't want to send it away,but I've had trouble with range,batteries and chargers after finding this what I can only describe as a little gem stone of a place and 100% customer service. Now I'm not great with this stuff on an understanding front but came away with my boat fully functional on range,batteries and chargers also with alot more understanding so thankyou very much Simon, Simon had fixed the arial, sorted and changed the out of date fittings and replaced all,with also giving me alot more knowledge extremely well priced and didn't want to charge me for the labour, so I came away with new chargers and batteries too if I have anymore dramas to do with anything r/c related I know where I'm going. Once again thankyou Simon

Would highly recommend using RCScrapyard! Amazing company, I brought 3 cars along to be fixed and cannot stress how impressed I am with the service and quality. I also purchased an electric model which is honestly one of the funniest purchases made in a long while! Simon is also very helpful and such a nice guy as he was happy to answer all of my questions.

My sons new RC car wasn't working fully as expected, I didn't have the knowledge to fix the issue and was quite challenging using online chat with the purchasing company. Order No, 2333. Bought a Subaru electric model car. Arrived promptly the next day. Fantastic piece of kit would recommend. Simon the supplier was very helpful and friendly who also helped me with my other nitro model car for spare parts. Would recommend purchase off this supplier.
