Straight forward enough. Wasn't too busy due to the booking system which they now have in place. It worked well! Made for an easy lunch time drop and my first time using this facility. The bins are clearly marked and there was a couple of guys hanging around if you needed to get confirmation on anything. All good!

Perfect! Arrived a little early and was let in, 3 guys couldn't be more helpful in helping me unload the car and sort into the various areas. Well done to you all. Very easy visit. Thankyou

Amazing facility and really helpful staff! I had just moved into a new property with all new furniture bought. I had huge pile of carton boxes sitting in my backyard. Went into their website, easily booked in two slots as i needed two rounds on my car to fill in everything. Parked right next to carton boxes pile and threw everything. Took me 10 minutes tops, very well organized i must say.

This place is really unfriendly to pedestrians, as it isn't actually possible to access the site on foot. In fact, they don't really appreciate anything other than a car. Once, arriving by bike, one of the overzealous hiviz people decided it would be a good idea to relieve me of my means of transportation whilst I was putting my small appliances in the small appliance section. And the automatic barrier on the way out doesn't see bikes as something it needs to respond to. Update : now no bike access - you can put all your stuff in a bin near the entrance and someone will sort it into the right place, honest guv.
