Brilliant salvage company, Rang on Friday afternoon, very friendly and helpful staff. Car collected first thing Monday morning. Notified on the day of ETA, driver arrived on time and was very friendly and efficient. Money in bank within a few hours. Driver completed yellow slip & I notified DVLA immediately after. Would definitely recommend.

I can’t recommend them enough, I had 1or2 issues ordering a wing mirror for my bmw but the lady I spoke to every time was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. My bumper & lights needed fixing. I saw on a Facebook group that these guys came highly recommended- they offer a few services, but their repair shop came up as a great service they offered. I messaged their FB. Inbox, and off the photo I sent, they gave me a quote and said to swing by in person to their HQ in Manston.

Spoke to Gary who was great to deal with, I booked in the work for the following Tuesday. I dropped the car off at 8am, I had my one-year-old with me, and they offered to give me a lift home, so I wouldn’t be standing around in the rain waiting for a cab, I picked my car up at 4:30 pm. Such a great company to deal with, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Put my mind at ease. Highly recommend.

I rarely write reviews, but this company is well deserved of one. Not just because of the good service, but the after care was incredible.
2 years after I used reclamet I needed to provide proof that the car was collected and transferred to them. I emailed them and within a few minutes received all the information I asked for. What a great find! This business is amazing. We needed a couple of parts for our 2009 Freelander which is still in great condition but the parts are no longer in production. The girls in the office are super efficient, providing as many options as they possibly can to assist. We are local so we could visit in person but the delivery service would be just as efficient. Great rates and so very knowledgeable and helpful...can't recommend highly enough
