Call was answered quickly. Driver arrived exactly at time he said he would. He acted efficiently and got my van to the garage in excellent time. He was polite and amenable. Would definitely use this service again, if needed.

The driver came to pick the broken down car , on time. I went to the driver with the car key. I pulled up behind him. He put the car on the back of the lorry. I drove off and went to meet him at home. He got there before I did. my car was rolled off the back into the road. It was a wonderful recovery. I have no bad words to say about it

Called Recovery Derby early in the morning as I needed my car recovering to take to a garage for repair and they were able to book me in at a time that suited me perfectly. Unfortunately can’t rememer the gentlemans name that came to collect my car but he was very friendly and professional, couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Would absolutely use them again if needed and recommend to anyone looking for excellent service for vehicle recovery.

Turned up bang on time, professionally loaded it and was very pleasant. Once loaded told me the wrong price had been quoted, told him we agreed a price. He said that even though it was not enough he would do it for the price quoted which he did very efficiently and rang me when he had dropped it off
