Picked up from my mums house today as mum is now in a home and I’m selling the place on her behalf.
The booking system was easy to understand and seamless / the cost was very reasonable in my opinion and the pick up ( whilst a bit delayed after the promised time because of a congested schedule on a Friday afternoon) was completed and verified with a photo on WhatsApp.
Good communication by WhatsApp throughout as well so RMM are definitely recommended and I would use them again without hesitation.

Easy to book. Quick response from customer service to confirm my booking. They came on time and were friendly while taking away the mattress. Would recommend for anyone wanting to recycle their mattress. Easy, stress-free process from start to finish.

Booked to take away my mattress on Wednesday night for collection on Friday.

They contacted me to confirm the appointment the next day and picked the mattress up within the time window they had given me.

The guys who picked it up were friendly and professional and took it away without any issues.

As I only had one bulk item to remove, it was cheaper than having the council collect it.

I received a great all round service from Recycle My Mattress. Collection was prompt and they were very polite. Great idea to use this company that could recycle rather than landfill. More people should know about this as Ive seen too many fly tipped. The price is very good too.
