Stupid ridiculous booking system!!
Now I have to plan my whole day around a time slot! If I could give negative stars I would!!
The recycling centre has never been overwhelmingly busy. People have always managed.
The booking system is a piece of utter selfish stupidity!!!

I think I met the short, dumpy, gobby one at the recycling centre today. I asked a worker where I should put the scrap metal we had in the car, a finger was pointed and I was told up there. I struggled up the steps with an extremely heavy bag (I'm not agile, I have to use a walking stick) I managed to heft the metal into the container and came down the stairs, to be met by the worker who said he didn't say that container. Well thank you very much, he didn't actually say left or right at the top, he then proceeded to argue with me even after I had apologised. I would never fly tip, but I can understand why people do, if this is the kind of rudeness we can expect for bothering to sort, transport and lug it up a flight of stairs.

Awful staff, just insulting and condescending, and little to no help.
Areas aren't well marked so had to guess where they went. Then got moaned at for not going in the correct area.
Left before finished unloading as didn't want to stay around

One really helpful and happy member of staff with a grey beard, deserves a pay rise! One young lad who identifies as a statue and a short dumpy gobby one who likes to belittle customers then run to his statue mate to brag about it! Definitely room for improvement with the staff!

Would give 0 stars if possible. There team are so rude and tell you different things each week about what they can and can't take. Discusting service and even worse people.

I’m a disabled adult with autistic daughter with social anxiety so she can’t get out of the car to stop helping me and I’m struggling with my walking stick when I’m supposed to use to currently waiting for electric wheelchair. Recently, everybody has been very helpful and I’m very grateful for that. Thank you
