Hired a skip from this company with a 2-week agreement. They collected it without warning—only one-third full, with rubbish still inside the house. I received the collection email an hour after it had already been taken. When I called to complain, the staff laughed and didn’t care at all.

I’ve done over 50 property projects and have never experienced anything like this. Other companies always give notice or let you extend for a small fee. This company clearly doesn’t value its customers. Highly recommend avoiding them—completely unprofessional.

I had an issue with the initial skip delivery, but the team at Redditch Skip Hire handled it very professionally. They arranged a replacement promptly and followed up with clear communication. Mistakes can happen, and I really appreciate how they took responsibility and made things right. Great customer service in the end!

Easy to book online. Immediate response of order confirmation, text message on delivery date to inform me that the driver was on his way. Very helpful driver who was able to position the skip over a hedge into my garden. We finished with the skip earlier than expected so rang up to inform them. Again immediate response that the skip would be picked up the following morning. Again a text to inform me driver on the way & once they’d picked it up an email confirmation that the booking was now complete. Excellent service couldn’t fault anything.

I’ve used Redditch skip hire for 4 skips now and they have always been well priced and on time .. when it needs collecting they are lastest 1 day and cause no issues from start to finish

quite simply the best skip hire company around, i use them very frequently on a professional basis due to me working for a landscaping business. they are always prompt and can address my needs and mistakes if i forget to order (which does happen!). super helpful and very cheerful staff, i cannot fault this company.

Brilliant service. Have used twice, the first time we slightly overloaded the skip and RSH had no problems collecting. The second time we left a hippobag full of garden waste next to the skip, not expecting them to collect to an already filled skip and they added it to the load and took it away no questions asked. Brilliant service that I cannot recommend enough!
