Been delivering waste food here on behalf of and independent food retailer for a few years now. Lads on the forklift are always quick and polite. Never had an issue.

A few of the comments on here are a bit harsh. Cant judge a company by the drivers. And of course it smells, they process other people's waste food in anabolic digesters! It's worse in summer than winter for obvious reasons.

ReFood are superb, excellent customer service and bins collected on time whenever we have it scheduled. Turning our food waste into renewable energy is environmentally friendly and helps keep food waste out of landfill sites, so we signed up immediately. Cheaper than our last waste collection agency too, so there wasn't much to think about when we were first contacted by their (very good I must say) Sales Rep in Sheffield.
