Disgrace Service. They closed the gates before 4pm and they didn’t allow me to go in.

When called the site manager for complaint, he sites emergency works then blocking my number.

Absolutely no liability or respect.

What a Amazing place and how lucky we are to have a local recycling centre to dispose of our items.
The team there are so helpful and friendly, giving guidance and assistance where needed. Well done to Manuel who helped us today, but all of them were excellent!!

Very small but it’s quick and no booking needed. I’ve been at least 5 times and I find it so easy to get there.

The bins are ok, the staff are very rude and protective. An older gentleman couldn’t find our van booking and was very rude about it. Even after showing our email confirmation, he refused until another colleague came to show him my booking was right in front of him on the paper.
The car space is very tight.

After three visits I have been massively impressed with the helpful, cheerful staff. They happily provided guidance and help and on each visit managed to make me laugh. Not the most exciting of jobs for either staff or customers but they made it an enjoyable experience. Thank You!

Rude guys who won’t let you park near the bin you’re dumping stuff at. Even if parking space is available. They just stick a cone on it so you don’t park there. Tell you to park ages away and walk your rubbish to the bins. Defeats the point of taking the car to the dump. Use Hornsey street dump instead. Less rude and more flexible.
