We have used Reliable Skip a few times now and found them to be just that - reliable. Communication is good and skips are delivered and picked up when you ask for them to be. Would use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

AVOID!!
All Reliable Scams packaged into one company. From your standard Timeshare scam of selling you a basic product then demanding you pay extra for basic use of it (removal of carpet/wood...), to your standard delivery scam of never arriving at the property but saying they arrived and couldn't do the delivery (and have guts to try to charge you extra for it), to ghosting you the second you ask for a refund for a service they never provided. Only contact this company if you want to get scammed, they will give you the crash course.

Edit: improved to 2 stars as at least they managed to give a partial refund after the complaint. I would have removed it if it was a full refund.

can I just say that the service from Reliable Skip has been better than first class. From booking to collection I can't fault anything. The delivery guys were so friendly and nice ! I will definitely be recommending Reliable Skips anytime someone needs a skip, and I will be booking them again soon for another skip. Thank you again for a superb service ☺️

Good service. The drivers delivering and collecting the skip were great and the office were helpful with booking the skip and changing the collection date. We would use them again.

Excellent service and easy to book and pay online. Definitely reliable! Simple to book another skip for exchange quickly (I underestimated how much waste would be produced!) would definitely use reliable skips again for another project.
