A great company to hire a skip from.
I was that pain customer who changed their mind, but customer service was fantastic.
I’d ordered a size 2 but at last minute changed and ordered a 4.
Plus not sure how long I needed it for I requested the full 2 weeks.
Again when I emailed and said it was ready for collection a couple of days later they were very helpful and picked up in a couple of days.

It's so rare these days to find excellent service coupled with a truly personal rapport with the people on the other end of the phone! I absolutely messed this company around so many times over the past two years, chopping and changing dates and plans, so many questions and concerns, yet I was always greeted and assisted with humour and kindness and an attitude of "no trouble at all". The man who delivered the skip was super friendly and put my mind at rest about the skip being on the road, and assured me about what I intended to fill the skip with. I truly couldn't rate this company highly enough, excellent on everything from price to professionalism, courteous and kind! Great company, great people, great service!

After other skip companies let me down, I went to Reliable Skips. Their prices were really competitive AND I got £20 discount. Although the driver had a hard time getting the angle for putting the skip in my driveway, he persevered and managed it. He was friendly and polite. Living on a busy junction, the traffic was bad but this didn’t phase him.
On collection day it was pouring with rain and there were temp traffic lights outside my property. Yet again, the driver took it all in his stride and stayed friendly and professional.
Office staff (Katie) were fab. Kept me up to date with the delivery/collection of the skip.
The 8yard I ordered came with a drop end which was excellent.
I will use Reliable Skips again and recommend to anybody.
