Trustworthy and very professional , did the best, couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Ed Kowalski. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. They handled everything with great care, from heavy furniture to fragile items, and made what could have been a stressful move feel effortless.

Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the crew was friendly, hardworking, and respectful of both our belongings and our home. Everything arrived in perfect condition and right on schedule.

5 stars 🌟 from us. Ed and his colleague Martin are professional, reliable, friendly and very strong guys😉. They have done 3 beds house removal, garden storage boxes, 14 extra large outdoor pots with roses and hydrangeas, all pots are very heavy in less than 3 hours. There was no damage on furniture or on any of my plants! Handled with such care. No mention they are very efficient and affordable. I would definitely use them again ( hopefully not in near future lol ), and recommend them.

My fiancé and I had a shocking experience with Ed and his colleague today. Having originally agreed for an 11am start, Ed finally showed up at 1:30. Neither man was particularly friendly and only really spoke to us when it was specifics such as how many boxes were left etc. He said that he was surprised about how many items we had, even though we were only moving boxes and some light bedroom furniture from a one bedroom flat. Ed agreed to take a slightly smaller fee as I said I would help them with the move but Ed would later question how much I had done to help, even though I spent the whole time sweating away moving boxes and furniture up and down). No one has ever questioned my work ethic before, so I was very annoyed at this. He then threatened to not collect items from a storage unit because of the 'bad atmosphere' which was entirely due to him and his friend. My fiancé is a lovely, friendly person, so for him to suggest that we were anything but nice to him was absurd. Neither Ed nor his colleague were very careful with our furniture, one TV unit being damaged alongside marks and scratches on other items. Ed only fixed the unit at the end of the day after I said that a small amount should be deducted from their fee due to the damage. I would encourage anyone thinking about using Ed's services to look elsewhere. In hindsight, I wish that we had paid slightly more to a reputable company if it meant that we had a more positive moving experience. I would go so far as to say that I would avoid Ed like the plague. If only one person reads this review and decides to go with a removals company other than Ed, then this review has served its purpose, but let's hope that even more people will avoid him. I can see that I am not the only person who is giving Ed a negative review on Google, which says a lot! Reviews are there for a reason after all, so take note, people!

Very helpful. Made our moving day much easier than it could have been. Efficient at both loading and unloading our belongings. Patient with time delays during the day. Would recommend this moving company. Personable.

Exactly how I hoped these guys would be. They turned up on time worked quickly and were smiley and good natured. Whilst they were careful they just cracked on with zero huffing and puffing.

Unfortunately for removers we have a number of awkward heavy pieces of furniture but nothing phased them. The folk moving into our place pitched up with 5 or 6 guys with a similar amount of stuff to ourselves but our stuff was shifted by just two guys arguably quicker !

The acid test came right at the end of the day after removal and relocating our possessions in the new place. My wife decided a couple of heavy things would be better in a different room. I was up for leaving them but again still smiling the guys said no problem and shifted heavy furniture into different rooms. I honestly can’t fault these guys and so Ceaser and Shane (working for Ed Kowalski) a huge thank you again for doing what you do. Highly recommended!

5 star review for Ed and colleague who moved me this week. They arrived punctually, commenced work immediately and loaded the lorry full of furniture within 45 minutes. It was hard to keep up with them. They arrived at the new house ahead of me and repeated the process again to unload. Fastest, most efficient move ever and priced very well. No hesitation to recommend Ed Removals and use them again, thank you guys!

Shout out to Ed and his team. As a parent of an international student in Exeter. Yesterday Ed & his team came to our rescue when the company originally booked to take my daughters items to London said they will deliver 4 days after pickup date.This after confirming that she needs items delivered the following day as agreed when getting her quote.
With no hesitation Ed said he will arrange a driver to collect and transport her items to London. Fast and efficient!!
You have saved us from stressing out with us not being close by to assist her.
Will definitely use Ed again when she returns back to uni after placement year.
