Avoid at all cost! We agreed a price and collection date. They even put it all in writing. Made us wait for 3 hours and then just didn't bother turning up without telling us. This company seems to be a scam.

Brilliant company.. Best quote out of 4 I got.. Arrived 25 mins after I hit the quote button.. Winched straight onto the back of their pickup lorry and mini gone from driveway within an hr of finding their website. Crazy fast. Paid within 24hrs and dvla notice of destruction within 3 days. Couldnt ask for better service - 100%

Gave me the highest price to scrap my car from all the other companies that offered pennies and said that the prices they quoted was the highest as if they were doing me a favour its hard to beat the price that remove my car offer and payment was sent in 2 days after collection very happy with service no charges as well for them picking up the car

We agreed on the price and time and date. 1 H 20 mins before that I received an email that I had cancelled the transaction. When I called them I found out they had cancelled it because apparently they thought it was a newer model so deal broken. It took them 3 days to realise, I had to rearrange my family's schedule otherwise I wouldn't have had a car.... Not reliable and highly disrespectful.

Really good service.
I was happy with the quote I received on the website so I clicked proceed. Within a couple of minutes I received a phone call from them , they said they could collect my car that same morning.
Within an hour the recovery driver had loaded up my car ,done the paperwork,paid me the agreed amount by cheque and was on his way!
Very efficient!
