We are a manufacturing company that uses approximately 700,000 KWh per annum and we discovered Renew and Sustain by accident, but it turned out to be a nice accident as they helped us to secure a very good deal in the current volatile and uncertain energy market.

We were already talking to energy companies directly and also trying to deal with a couple of energy brokers who did little more than apply a lot of pressure and add a level of paranoia and confusion to an already problematical transaction.

Guy Jones called us at the beginning of August to introduce Renew and Sustain and to see what our situation was.

We got talking and he took some details from us and passed our details on to Joe Edwards so that he could talk to energy companies and present some quotations to us.

Renew and Sustain proved to be completely different to other energy brokers that we had been dealing with. They are friendly, easy to talk to and not in the slightest bit pushy. They listened to us and took on board our needs and presented a solution that minimised our exposure to fixed daily costs when compared to other offers that we had received, whilst also being competitive in terms of day and night rate per unit.

We have just received our welcome letter from Danii Atkin.

Guy is now our account manager and Renew and Sustain are even dealing with the termination of our old contract with our old supplier so that there are no loose ends.
