Called in to buy a replacement for my rear vent window - all seemed fine on the phone and was told delivery would be 2-3 days. 5 working days later I call and ask what the hold up is, they say it's being held at the depo so they will send me another one with next day delivery. 2 days on i still receive nothing, i had to call 3 times to get my window and it arrived 2 weeks late. I was told i would receive a refund for the delivery and yet i am still waiting for this to come through. Window was perfect but the customer service was not great - unfortunately i would not recommend buying if you are in a rush to receive the item.

Amazing service from start to finish! Originally ordered the part over the phone, confirmed everything I needed to know and all sorted with quick delivery!
However as with second hand parts this steering rack failed within the 3 month warranty window but when contacting Renparts all they needed was my name and they sorted the rest!

Faultless service, great to deal with and will be my first place to try next time I need a second hand Renault part!

Initial review: Part ordered one week ago and supposed to be delivered 2-5 days. called 4 times today to get an update on the parts. No-one was able to give me an answer and still no parts.

Update 1: I finally spoke with someone who offered me to ship the part for next day delivery as the other one is stuck somewhere in a warehouse. I should have it tomorrow. I will update my rating if the part actually arrives tomorrow as promised.

Update 2: the part arrived this morning before 10am. Thank you for the lovely lady in the office for sorting this out. It took 10 days and 8 phone calls in total for the part to arrive. I still don't understand why it wasn't possible to get the part delivered next day when I asked the first time on the phone on the 16th July when it was sent next when everything gone wrong. I would have happily paid an extra to get that part delivered next day if the possibility was offered at the time I placed my order. It would have been a nice option to get me on the road asap.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Spent £1600 on an engine which was told was working perfect… got it fitted engine is ticking very loudly… sent them a video and only response I got was it working before if you want bring it back and we will check it?!?!

Wants me to remove an engine I just fitted to send it back to them? What about all the labour costs? They don’t care!

He started to tell me how my garage ripped me off for fitting which is laughable from the guy that just ripped me off selling me an engine with a problem.

Will be going to trading standards about this, it’s a joke.

UPDATE: Since posting this I have been contacted and a refund has been issued and my issue has been resolved.

Avoid like the plague. Ordered a part on the 25th march I've not received anything and have had absolutely no contact since despite sending multiple emails asking for and update/refund.

If I could give no stars I would

Ordered parts and paid on June 14th. Delivery never arrived the next week so chased it up, assured parts there however the headlight I needed broke and they were waiting for another one. Week later no parts chased up again and assured me parts will be sent. Parts apparently sent 2 Fridays ago now on a pallet and not a package. Week passes you guessed it....no parts couldn't even provide a tracking number for the supposed parts that's sent. Another week passes and NO PARTS! No tracing number so request a refund. Email eventually received however unsure legitimacy of it. Made a claim via my bank and also phoned trading standards as if you search this company the reviews are just all awful. All the same stories with hundreds of people. No parts, fobbed off, no tracing numbers, blaming the courier company, no refunds either. Not on and I'm furious. This has caused so much stress to my family as we've a car we can't fix still. And now a month since it went to the garage it's still sat apart and have to now again spend time to source parts. Awaiting refund with baited breath currently. I would advise anyone with the same issues please contact trading standards. This company was trading under a diffrnet name until 2021 they went into liquidation and then came back under renparts euro. Don't trust this company with your cash, go anywhere else but here.

I can't recommend Renparts highly enough.
An absolutely fantastic service especially from Ryan & Kat.
I really cannot thank them enough, they went above and beyond in every single way, from start to finish.
From my initial call, and then to the photos that they sent me to help me along the way, to receiving the desperately needed fuel injection pump in less than 17 hours.
They were so knowledgeable and helpful and made a really stressful situation with my broken down van bearable.
Fantastic customer service, prices and delivery times, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Renparts, Ryan and Kat to all my family and friends and anyone looking for vehicle parts, definitely give them a call, thanks again Ryan & Kat
