We would highly recommend Lee at REO car sales. We had a really positive experience purchasing our latest vehicle with him.

We enquired about the car on the Friday evening (outside of opening hours) and they replied instantly, we organised a next day visit to the dealership and placed a deposit on the car and planned for pick up on the Monday after the vehicle had its MOT. We did have a delay in MOT, so we picked it up on the Tuesday but that was fine with us.

We also purchased an extended warranty to 12 months (rather than the standard 3 months).

Overall really great and positive experience and would go back again in the future.

Recently bought a ford Kuga from REO at abertillery. from start to finish the service was amazing. Alex dealt with my initial viewing and then Lee dealt with the sales. They gave me a fair price on my part ex which was higher than we buy any car. All in all I was very happy with the service. Thank you

I’ve looked at their cars and liked one vehicle from them and left deposit with them however unfortunately on my personal circumstances I had to turn down the vehicle but they was happy to refund the deposit and reassured me that I am welcome back to them anytime. I definitely will be coming back once my personal circumstances have changed.

I asked to have a look of a car which I was interested through WhatsApp. They agreed I can come over the next day in the afternoon. On next day, I let them know the time I am arriving before I set off they didn’t reply with any issues. At the end I travelled for 1 hour and 15 mins arrived the shop, they told me the car was sold 2 hours ago. This was ridiculous and really upsetting me. Totally wasted my time. Stay away from them. They don’t care customers.
