Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff especially to POC. As a taxpayer, I find it very painful and stressful having to use this location. I expect better from the council. At the very least equality of treatment. As a POC one is left very strongly with the impression that I am intruding, unwelcome and that the staff would much rather that I was not there. Frankly beneath contempt. Sad that I am am forced to hold my temper when having to deal with such painfully contemptuous and discourteous people. Your staff should not be disrespectful, discourteous and contemptuous to ANYONE that comes to do their recycling.

We had to wait until the skip was changed when we got there. Clean site and helpful staff let's hope it stays open

There were some big queues as to be expected but social distancing was in place and working well. One car in and one car out. Maximum of 5 cars at a time. Friendly staff as always 👍🏼

When I go here the staff are always very friendly helpful. They help empty my car. I know they can't always. But generally help. They smile say hello. Sometimes there's a wait but it's not there fault. So don't blame them doing a awesome job.

Went here today,wow,what can I say,there was 4 staff working,all stood about doing nothing,I spoke to one,and he was very arrogant,site very untidy,how have these people got a job?
