Had a problem with my car today, phoned this company and Shane came out very quickly to look at it. He immediately diagnosed the problem, obtained the spare part and fitted it. All done within a couple of hours within a couple. This was very much appreciated, as I needed my car over the weekend. I would highly recommend this company for their efficiency and friendly service.

Such a good experience, he was so helpful in recovering my car in an emergency and instead of charging an expensive recovery fee to my home address in Bristol he quoted a very reasonable price to repair the issue. Shane is a knowledgeable mechanic. He diagnosed the possible issues, the most likely outcomes, and the options. Shane left me to mull over the options and the costings. There was no pressure from Shane to have him or these repairs done. When I reached out to have the repairs done, Shane was professional & polite, he worked on the vehicle, he returned it with receipt & photos of the parts and told me in detail, what was wrong, (mainly the issues he previously diagnosed), he did inform me of other problems that had to be addressed, only minor so not a significant deviation from the original price, I would highly recommend Shane and his services.

I emailed Shane on Sunday morning after looking for a tow truck online and he replied within 10 minutes. He managed to fit me in today to tow my car. He arrived on time and was very kind and friendly.
