My husband has been in the main dealer motor trade for fifty years and knows that you should only buy parts from a dealer when you have exhausted all other avenues. We have never failed to be thoroughly amazed by the service from RRD. Great service, parts, friendly staff and have an amazing array of just what you want. Don`t go anywhere else until you have tried them!! If they added five more stars, we would tick them as well

Went in this morning for a radiator cap from a 1957 Chevrolet Bel air restomod! Took the part with me and they searched through their stocks until they found an equivalent! Nothing is too much trouble. Got to mention Ross there who recently brought some oil out to me at my workshop (trade account) after hours because I had attempted to fill a customers engine with oil without putting the oil pan plug in! Yeah, yeah, I know! Customer thought it was highly entertaining and patiently waited while Ross personally delivered some more oil in unsocial hours!
All their delivery drivers are very friendly. Very impressive set up. Highly recommended.

Asked by phone if they fitted batteries as I had struggled to get there and told they didn't no apology just a rejection bordering on rudeness went to Halfords and got excellent service . Arrogant behaviour and no communication obviously dissatisfied and disappointed
