Worst customer service had to call Robert Dyas on phone as they would not swap over kettle I had for about 3weeks & was broken despite Banking proof & regular customer
..They could see day I bought it ..Worst ever do not do anything just not interested in helping customers …I’d never buy an appliance again

Went to buy a set of screwdrivers and a bike pump. Very nice experience! The staff was friendly and communicative, they helped me with every question and doubt I had. I don't give it 5 stars just because you have to make the approach to a member of staff to get help, instead it would be nice that they'd be alert to the customers' needs and approach them to offer help.

I had a very good experience. The staff was not immediately proactive, but once I made the approach, the guy who helped was friendly and knowledgeable. They did not carry exactly what I needed, but he could tell I was in a hurry, and with no-nonsense told me just what to get to fill the gap in their offerings. Then, to avoid a slow customer in line, he quickly opened a cash register and rang me up. `In and out in 5 minutes and he even had the chance to upsell me on some AAA batteries I needed! Well done.

I visit this store as often as I can but it's a 50 minute bus ride away.

It was quiet, there was a staff member at the tills, seemed like she was on her mobile phone and I felt bad approaching, felt like I was interrupting her.

Disappointed that there were no more garden games/toys as featured in their latest magazine.

I will probably visit again but perhaps the store needs to pay more attention to their customer services and care.

Otherwise it'll be like another Argos or Amazon...

Worst experience ever. Not interested in customers. And the staff loudly talking about current situation in the world with words "Careful there are Israelis"

Everyone has views etc but talk about it when you don't face customers as this is completely unprofessional.

I don't ordinarily post reviews, but the staff in this store were extraordinarily helpful, to an extent that went beyond normal customer service, and they suggested leaving a positive review would be a good way of expressing my gratitude - hence this post.

I needed some bolts and washers to assemble a chair and, due to being pretty hopeless when it comes to DIY, initially bought the wrong product. When I returned to the store with the chair frame, store manager Vishal not only assisted me in buying the correct items but actually helped me assemble the chair in store. I was also refunded for the wrong items I'd bought. This is not a service I really had any right to expect, so wouldn't have been at all put out if Vishal had not been able to assist me, but I was extremely grateful for his assistance.

Excellent service all round, which I hope will be recognised by the employer (ideally, with good pay, terms, and conditions on an ongoing basis, not just a certificate saying "well done").

Terrible service... Went to the 3 for 2 section. Picked up my three desired items. Went to the till and paid for it... fine. Looked at my receipt on my way out, turns out the promotion wasn't applied. So obviously went back to the guy that served me. Didn't apologise... Called manager over... same again... ALL IT TAKE IS A SORRY... simple as ABC! Wasted ten minutes with this riff raff. This is my first complaint on Google ever, that's saying something...

Worst experience ever. They were ignoring customers and being rude to Asian customers, rolled their eyes at customers and trashing customers in front of their face. Extremely rude and unprofessional!!!
