This company is well established and reliable. Great bargain as well. Only to have this staff very rude and need to be more patience and not offending customer. Called and greeted staff and when enquiry was needing correction this staff just had to correct simply and not.., NOoo,, nooh,.. no. No..no.., noo, noo. this is not acceptable. Shameful and disrespecting staff( male) 9:25 am of this day. After that hung up the phone! Totally unacceptable. Beware!

I normally only leave good reviews, but in this case I was outraged at the service. Yesterday I received from the store.
I picked up an item that was marked at £19.99. I was told by Simon.(Supervisor) That this was a Black Friday deal it was now £29.99 i. I pointed out to him that the sign should’ve been removed ( his reasoning he had been to busy )he subsequently took the sign from the shelf, screwed it up and said to me you’re not getting it at that price , not good customer service

Today I got good old fashion service from the Weybridge Branch.
Firstly, they answered the phone ( Steve ) within two or three rings, amazing.
Secondly, they checked physically that the item was in stock (weather station), not relying on computer says.
Finally they said they would put it to one side for the 30 mins l needed to get to the shop.
As soon as l got in the shop and asked for Steve (he was behind the counter) he produced my purchase without saying anything.
Obviously remembering who l was.
I walked out with a big smile having thanked Steve and advising him l would leave positive feedback on this rare and exceptional service.
Well done Steve and Robert Dyas.

Brilliant!
I'll be honest , I tried Argos, Currys, faffed about nobody answered the phone 🤬.
Only wanted a cheap microwave for work.
Rang Dyas, arranged it on the counter to go, chanced parking outside the door (oops),card in, job done.
5 minute round trip.
Well happy.
Great customer service.....
Actually answering the phone, and pretty much pronto too.

Surprisingly wide range of items given the limited size of the store. Always fully stocked and seasonally responsive. They have ben a real life saver, saving me the need to travel out of the immediate area in order to pick up hardware and home essentials.

I popped in to Robert Dyas today to buy some insect spray. One of your members of staff, I believe to be Christine Brookes, came over and gave me some good advice as to what brand to buy. I left feeling very confident that my garden insect problem will be resolved. I have not visited Robert Dyas due to the pandemic however, if I know Ms Brookes is at her branch, I will visit more as I know I will be in safe hands. A very valued member of staff!

Great selection of items for any DIY/home task. Only problem is going in for a roll of tape and coming out with a whole new kitchenware set!
